This piece highlights the emotional fragility inherent to all human beings and the importance of a lifelong effort to cultivate mental well-being. For me, the process of creating art is therapeutic as it helps me unpack my feelings and reconcile emotional conflicts. I fell most human in front of the canvas where I lay out my insecurities, frustrations and fears and layer them vibrantly.
